Cabbage steaks

Ingredients

1 head cabbage sliced into 1/2″ steaks

Cooking oil of choice (I use grape seed, avocado or coconut oil)

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook in oven-

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Brush oil onto each side of steaks, season with salt, pepper to taste and bake in oven for 15-20 or until at desired crisp.

Cook stovetop-

Preheat pan or skillet. Brush oil onto each side of steaks, season with salt, pepper to taste and bake in oven for 15-20 or until at desired crisp.

Enjoy as a side or main dish and try not to eat it all.
