Chia Seed Pudding

Cook/Chill time: 3 hours
3 TBS Chia Seeds
1 TSP cinnamon
1 TB of maple syrup or packet of Stevia(optional)
1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk or whichever you prefer
Directions: Pour Unsweetened Almond milk into bowl. Pour Chia seeds into Unsweetened Almond Milk and stir to make sure Chia Seeds are blended well and not stuck together. Once stirred, add cinnamon to Unsweetened Almond Milk and Chia Seed blend. Stir to make sure cinnamon is mixed well. Place in refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours. Stir regularly, as Chia Seeds will become more gelatinous. Once chilled, stir once more time and enjoy!
Can be refrigerated overnight and enjoyed the following day!
