Dairy free, egg free chocolate chip pancakes
I wanted to make pancakes that actually taste good. I read a bunch of different recipes and many seemed good, but I had to add my own twist. Here you go and I hope you enjoy.
Ingredients: Makes 12-16 medium pancakes 1 cup of flour of choice 2 tbs of Baking Powder 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup original applesauce 1 cup dairy free milk of choice
2 TBSP oil of choice optional: dairy free chocolate chips of choice
Pour flour, Baking Powder, pure vanilla extract, original applesauce, milk and oil into a mixing bowl. Mix until all blended well.
Use large spoon or ice cream scooper to pour batter onto non-stick pan.
Pour batter onto non-stick pan, cook for 2-3 minutes on medium temperature. Watch carefully until batter is bubbled, then flip. If you’d like to add dairy free chips, do it before flipping. Once batter is flipped, cook until golden.
Please note: you can add bananas, strawberries or blueberries instead of Organic Fair Trade 42% Cacao Semi-Sweet Baking Chips.
