Detox baths have provided relief when not feeling well.
1/2 Baking Soda
1/2 Epsom Salt
1 TSP Coconut Oil
Optional: Therapeutic grade calming essential oils like lavender or chamomile
Pour Baking soda and Epsom salt into bath with water as warm as possible. I place coconut oil onto my hands and rinse off under running water to help it melt off into water while moisturing hands. Rest in the bath for at least 20 minutes and drain water from tub. I found rest is much easier after this detox bath, especially a fever is present. I repeat as necessary, sometimes up to three times in a day when sick.
