2 C quick oats of choice
1 C nut butter of choice
1/2 C pure maple syrup or honey
2 TBSP chia/ground flax seed mix
1/4 C chocolate chip morsels of choice
Mix ingredients together in a bowl until evenly blended. Moisten hands with water and roll 1TBSP of mix into a ball.
Store in sealed container and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow firmness.
Try not to enjoy too many at once!
