Garden Salad

Garden Salad:

1-2 Romaine lettuce, 3-4 diced tomatoes, 2 diced cucumbers, avocado, lemon, homemade pita bread croutons(optional). We do not use dressing.

Homemade Pita Croutons:

Sliced Pita bread, ⅛-¼ cup olive oil, 2 minced garlic cloves, ¼ cup crumbled cheese of choice(optional)

Preheat oven to 350*. Place all ingredients in a gallon size bag and shake. Pour evenly seasoned ingredients onto cookie sheet baking pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until crispy.
