Veggie Fried Rice
Quick, Simple and Delicious meals are my favorite
Ingredients:
1-2 cups of Cooked rice of choice
2lbs veggie mix of choice
(I've used Brussel sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, red bell pepper, green beans, mushrooms)
1 TSP onion powder
1 TSP garlic powder
Liquid aminos or coconut Aminos
High heat oil of choice
Sauté veggies of choice, Pour 2TB of cooking oil, add cooked rice of choice to veggies and oil and stir. Once stirred evenly, add in 1/4 cup of liquid aminos or coconut aminos.
Wait to add salt until tasting because aminos is naturally salty. Add pepper to taste.
Garnish with crushed red peppers or red chili paste, if desired
